I chose Cindy's Salon based on the excellent reviews... so i was surprised when I had less than a satisfying experience. I kindly let them know about my dissatisfaction and Cindy immediately and professionally made things right. This is a Salon owner that truly cared about this clients satisfaction...and THAT made all the difference. Recommend.

It took visits to several salons after moving to Lexington before I finally someone who could cut and color my hair to my satisfaction but I finally found Jessica. She listens and cuts my hair perfectly. And they never keep you waiting like so many salons do. Go to Jessica at Cindy's. I promise you won't be disappointed.
