Celtic Tides has used RGV, now VTS, for a very long time. The quality of the service itself has always been tremendous. Being a dinosaur, issues frequently arise at my end, (at home and in the store) ,that I have no clue how to fix. The staff at RGV are always really responsive and very helpful. Nothing seems to be too much of an issue for them and they always work with us to find the best possible solution.
University Florist did a beautiful job on the flowers for my Father’s funeral in March 2024. We had an unusual request to add a tomato plant to the flowers on the casket. They went above and beyond to make each detail perfect.Other flowers sent from family and friends that came from University Florist we also beautiful.

Stylist: Brooke does wonderful job creating the color shown on pics as well as haircut styles. She is honest in her suggestions and recommendations.
We needed our porch re-screened but on closer inspection Donnie discovered we needed two of the supports to the porch replaced. He and his two fine employees were able to do the post replacements and replace the screens in record time. The two gentlemen that completed the work the second day were polite and thorough. They completed all the clean up of the area before they left. If I need any more construction work done in the future, I will certainly call Higgins Construction Company first for an estimate.

At a time when nobody wants to hand over their hard earned money, Janice is very knowledgeable and provides a relaxed atmosphere. I leave there knowing my tax prep and other services are done honestly, professional and correct the first time.
Very responsive, fast service, I had a hot water heater emergency on a Saturday and from the time I called and the time it was fixed was less than five hours….that includes travel times and installation of new heater. Highly recommended!

I don't have enough words to thank Blue Ridge Animal Clinic, particularly Dr. Lindsey Fenster and Dr. Keagan Clevenger, for their immediate, expert and compassionate help in an equine emergency. I wasn't even a current client, but Dr. Fenster showed up at my farm 45 minutes after my desperate before-hours phone call. A few days later, Dr. Clevenger responded to another after-hours emergency call that ended sadly for me and my horse. I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Clevenger's knowledge, networking and diligent efforts in this situation; but mostly, I am so thankful for his kindness and compassion. Blue Ridge Animal Clinic has 100 stars from me, not just 5.

I was in severe pain when I first went to see her -- couldn't stand up anywhere close to straight. After a very gentle adjustment, I walked out to there nearly upright and in much less pain. Over the course of a couple of weeks of treatment, I continued to get better and better. I'm very grateful to her for her excellent, gentle care.

Pat Hennis, his son Austin, their team of highly qualified craftsmen and subs did a superb job on our home and were a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with our new home, and Pat and Austin made the process enjoyable and fun.Before Contracting. We were anxious before starting the process. We had never built a home before and many of our friends who had built homes warned us against building a custom home. They told us that the process was emotionally exhausting with so many delays and huge budget overruns. They strongly recommended that we forget about a custom home and just buy one that was already available.When we met Pat and his wife Melissa we were immediately put at ease. Both Pat and Melissa are wonderful people - open, honest, professional, and fair. Pat provided a set of plans which we modified together and then we worked through a simple contract and agreed upon a construction and payment schedule. Grooming = 5 stars. Kelly did a beautiful job grooming our Golden Retriever, Patty. Patty can be quite willful and stubborn but Kelly said Patty was very well behaved. Patty seemed to like Kelly too, lying down at Kelly's feet as we talked.Environment = 3 stars. Not dirty just messy with lots of stuff lying around.

One of the best places in VA & on the east coast for a horse show!! State of the art facility. Great footing in all of the arenas. So glad that they're updating the stall fronts and eventually adding stall mats to all of the stalls.

Rockbridge Area Health Center (RAHC) became my medical provider two years ago and my husband switched to RAHC a year ago. We are both totally happy and impressed with the medical care we have gotten at this lovely facility. It is efficiently run and we have gotten quality medical care. I also am a dental patient at RAHC and can also speak highly of the dental care I have received there.
Elizabeth gave me a beautiful relaxing massage. Loved her use of essential oils.
