Virginia Eye Center PC

This was my first visit to Vision Eye Center, and I was seen by Dr. Bourdeau. I was very pleased with the eye exam itself – Dr. Bourdeau was thorough and knowledgeable, and I felt confident in her expertise. The front desk staff and technicians were also friendly and helpful.

However, my main issue with this location is the long wait time. My appointment was significantly delayed, and I was told that if I had opted to have my eyes dilated, I would have had to wait an additional 2+ hours! This would have made my total appointment time almost 5 hours, which I couldn't accept because I had other commitments.

I returned to the Virginia Eye Center to begin the process for cataract surgery on my second eye, having undergone laser surgery on my first eye back in February of this year. The entire team at Virginia Eye Center is highly professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. I almost wish I had more than two eyes, that's how enjoyable my visits have been! Dr. Ruby Parikh, who performed my previous surgery in February without any complications, is exceptionally knowledgeable and once again took the time to explain all the options and risks in great detail. I wholeheartedly recommend the Eye Center.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the care I’ve received from Dr. Ziai for the last 25 years. Not only is she a top notch eye doctor, but her bedside manner, knowledge, experience, and professionalism make her almost perfect. Dr. Ziai is a gem!!
