“I am a loyal Palm Beach customer since 2016, starting at the Ashburn store and switching to the Leesburg location about five years ago.

I can confidently say that the new manager, Tiffany, is the best manager and employee I have encountered during my time as a member. From the moment I walk in, she greets me with “How are you doing today, Carolyn?” or “What’s up, Carolyn?” This personal touch instantly makes me feel welcomed. Tiffany takes the time to make conversation and genuinely cares about getting to know her customers. It’s refreshing to feel valued beyond just being a customer.

Tiffany consistently demonstrates her strong work ethic and dedication to the salon. Whether it’s keeping the place running smoothly or ensuring every customer has a positive experience, her commitment truly sets her apart. She knows exactly which beds I rotate, how many minutes I prefer, and which spray booth I like to use.
