Dustin arrived on time as arranged. It was a semi annual inspection of the HVAC. He found a sensor that needs replacing, so he put the part on order for installation when the part is available. This is our first repair in the five years since installation of the new HVAC. Otherwise all appears okay.
we had ME Flow come out to perform air-conditioning maintenance— we had some modest concerns regarding the units performance. It turned out we had an unexpected drainage issue in the basement. They solved the problem quickly and economically.
Our air conditioning failed yesterday, so I called M. E. Flow, which offered to come yesterday to fix it. Unfortunately, because we had another obligation, we couldn't take them up on the offer. They came this morning, discovered the problem, and fixed it. Yea!
