I am so happy to have found Ryan at Loudoun Computer Help in Leesburg. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking. I was unable to get my computer to work at all and was beyond frustrated. I was very concerned that even if I needed a new computer I would not be able to get the information from the old one. Ryan was able to get into the old computer and retrieve all the information and applications for me and although I did need a new computer he patiently set up the new one and transferred the information.
