My wife & I have been seeing Dr. Robert Hetzel for the past decade + and sincerely appreciate his services. He consistently provides us with quality healthcare, promptly gives us a referral when a specialist is needed, and always has wonderful "bedside manners"! The Cornwall office is conveniently located and all of the support staff are great! The phlebotomist is always gentle and easy going collecting blood samples in a very painless way. The front desk clerk Lisa is amazing! She researched an issue for me, stayed on the phone for a lengthy period of time until my matter was fully resolved, and she quickly arranged for a future visit to match my schedule... read full review
I have utilized this particular urgent care 4 different times and always received excellent care and treatment. Front desk staff is always courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
Always a great experience. Moira listens and I never feel rushed like with most Drs offices. Jeffrey and the front office staff are always nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend 10/10.
