Highly recommended for patients with complex conditions who need primary care visits multiple times a year! LIM is very, very dependable in always giving warm friendly service and literally no long wait times!!! So grateful to have this medical practice in Loudoun County.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years, being treated for several chonic conditions that require continuous mediation refills. During the past year, every time a prescription needs refilling, my pharmacy faxes this practice a refill request. Without exception, their staff invariably ignores the request leaving me stranded without medication. Whenever I call them, some staff member comes up with a phony baloney excuse as to why they didn't respond to the pharmacy's request. They are more interested in billing your insurance company than in providing customer service to their patients. Lab work sometimes gets double billed, and you won't know your results unless you pester them to provide it. I have the impression they are highly disorganized and just don't care. It is very difficult to speak with their staff as they have an inordinately long telephone menu and keep limited hours. They turn their phones off between 12 noon and 1:30 "FOR LUNCH". Try leaving a message and you'll be lucky if they return it a week later if ever. They are basically open from 9 am to noon and from 1:30pm until 4:00. Haven't seen Dr. Koh in over 5 years, and Dr. Cressy is no longer there. In my opinion this is an unprofessional and poorly run medical practice. I cannot recommend them.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and sadly I have to say the quality of this practice has declined. Recently I scheduled an appointment to address a particular concern, after a short delay I had my meeting with my doctor, gave blood and left. A week later I get a call from a nurse, not my doctor, to discuss my bloodwork. I was told the doctor wanted me to come in to give more blood and for me to pick up some sample meds, I scheduled a time for the blood draw. I show up at the appointed time to find out they had no record of the appointment and no samples were ready. After a short time a nurse brings me the sample meds with no instructions on how much to take etc, I had to wait for them to track down my doctor to find out. When leaving I asked that the doctor call me because the no one whom I spoke with could address my initial concern as to why I made the appointment. When making the request the nurse asked me what I wished to discuss with my doctor and I was reluctant to discuss in an open area but she pushed the issue making me very uncomfortable. I did not get a phone call until a week later and it was not my doctor but another nurse. I was told I could get my lab results on their online portal since they apparently dont mail them any longer, I logged onto their website and could not figure out how to get a log on, so I called their office, went thru their entire voice mail system looking for someone to answer the phone and finally gave up and left a message requesting a call back to explain how I could log on...still have not gotten that call. Yesterday I called to get my scripts refilled, tried to get thru for 3 hours and their voice mail answered by saying no one was available at that extension...and that was just me dialing their direct line. Finally resorted to faxing in my request asking for a call back to confirm they called in the order and 24 hours later have still heard nothing. I think its time to rethink my association with this practice. Sad after 10 years.
