Knikki is AMAZING!!! She restored my hair. The state of my hair was horrendous.
But now it’s healthy. As well, it has grown significantly.
Knikki talks you through every step of your process. She’s extraordinarily informative and she sincerely cares about your hair. She cares about you.
I went in feeling old and uninspired regarding my hair and its condition. Nevertheless, after a couple of visits, my hair was back!
With deep conditioning and dye, and of course a desperately needed trim as a result of consultation from Knikki, I was inspired and rejuvenated.

Knikki was very nice and listened to what I wanted during our consult. We were both on the same page before styling. She gave a lovley scalp massage during the shampoo and let me know what products she was using. For my hair cut she made sure I was okay with the length of my cut before the shears came out. Styling was great and I enjoyed the overall experience. I will return!
