Called F and L to eliminate and odor in a bathroom sink. Mike solved the problem in no time. Previously another plumbing company and a handyman couldn't do it. Mike was friendly and very courteous.

F&L replaced our hot water heater in 2011 and that was a great experience. Yesterday the heating element failed. They came out within 30mins of our call. We were prepared for a hard upsell to replace based on the age but to our pleasant surprise they said it looked great otherwise. They fixed the heating element quickly and we have hot water again.
