The Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We had a new hot water heater installed by the company that malfunctioned. The Technician troubleshot the system, found the issue and swapped out the unit almost effortlessly. Problem solved, no further issues. ??

Tyler from Brick Street Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater in our house. He was professional and provided a great overview of routine maintenance to extend the life of the heater along with additional warranty and sevices.
