First Impression made an awful obligation bareable. Picking out flower arrangements for my Mother's funeral was made so much easier and quick due to the understanding ,empathy and compassion the staff showed my family and I. What I thought would take forever and would be torture was so easy and took approximately 15 minutes. We were immediately met with kindness and compassion. We gave them an idea of what we wanted and it was literally like they knew us and my sweet Momma on a personal level our entire life. I ordered flowers from this shop the day after Valentine’s Day & the lady said that they had a last minute funeral deadline but when I tell you they more than met my expectation, that would be a understatement! Absolutely beautiful flowers! Of course I called last minute & they were so busy but they were still wonderful to me! Over all it’s a 10 for me ???

First Impressions did a wonderful job for our wedding arrangements! Everyone was very impressed with the flower arrangements and kept asking who had done them!
