I had a really nice experience at the Dermatology Center of Loudoun in the lansdowne location. Came in for a Mole check. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’m honestly not sure what some of the negative reviews are about, because I did not experience any of that.
Everything was explained clearly, including the process. I also made sure to ask ahead of time if my insurance was accepted before scheduling my appointment, and they were upfront and helpful about that.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nguyen at Dermatology Center of Loudoun. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel heard and valued. I came in with many concerns and questions about my skin, and unlike past experiences at OTHER PRACTICES where I felt rushed and treated like just another number, Dr. Nguyen took the time to carefully listen, address each of my questions, and provide thoughtful explanations.
