Everyone at RedLaw is Awesome!!! Over the past 9 years They have serviced property we rented and property we now own, They recently installed a new Bosch Heat/AC unit at our home! From office staff to technicians they are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and always are able to answer all my questions!! The customer service they provide is outstanding and highly recommend this company!!
Redlaw Mechanical are some of the nicest people to work with from Karen who answers the phone, to Van the service manager to Jordan our friendly technician. I joke with them that I’m too old and technically challenged for my Mitsubishi system. They are always patient, professional and courteous. My AC went out on a Thursday night my Aunt swears by Redlaw and no so do I!! I made contact at 8 tech was enroute to me at 1230 my air was fixed in 15 minutes… Very professional from the lady I spoke with on the phone to the tech that came to my house! I highly recommend this company.
