Blake, Kayla and Willie were fantastic!! We called ServPro around dinner time and they were able to be at our house within the hour. After having water coming down from the ceiling due to a leak from our primary bathroom’s toilet, Blake and team assured us it could be mitigated and handled in a timely, safe fashion. They were able to remove the damage drywall quickly, dry out the flooring, work with our insurance company and connect us with the remodel team to help repair our flooring and ceiling. We would like to acknowledge both Ray and Mike from ServPro for their outstanding work they’ve done here at our home by professionally cleaning our smelly and wet basement floor from a sewage problem that occurred back in late February.They provided us with a detailed description of what was going to happen and worked diligently and as a Team by removing the existing laminate flooring which got wet as well, disinfecting the floors and cleaned everywhere and added Fans in the area to dry the floors all over the basement.
