mu son suffered with knee problems while playing soccer in high school. we took him to see Michelle and in just a few visits his knees were getting better. a weekly visit for a few months and his knee pain was gone. Maintenance visits kept him pain free & able to play to a MVP for State tournament. We love AIM Human Performance.
Michelle haas been my trainer for a little over two months. I started working with her to improve my leg coordination while swimming. My swimming has improved, however more importantly, my overall body movement has improved. One example is going up stairs has become more fluent. Michelle and Chris are well educated. They have a clean, well organized gym. They are professional and keep their schedules. Lastly, Michelle has helped me to increase my strength and improved my mobility. Jennifer J.
I can’t recommend AIM more. I suffered with runners knee for years. Several rounds of physical therapy provided no help. The pain and loss of range of motion was effecting my ability to workout. A friend recommended AIM and at my wits end I signed up. Cue the glorious light! Cured! Fixed! Don’t get me wrong. You have to be a compliant client as Michelle says and do the homework but its so worth it. I now sing the praises of muscle activation therapy and Michelle and Chris to everyone I know. Great location. Easy parking. Super clean facility.
