I have had posture issues, muscular asymmetry, back, neck pain and dull headaches or migraines for years. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Advanced Integrative Medicine for Mother’s Day, and I finally made an appointment last week. I fully regret not making it sooner!! Dr. P took x rays and he took his time explaining thoroughly what was going on beneath the surface of my body, and what he can do to help with my issues. I’m now hyper aware of my posture and when I’m leaning the way my spine curves, which I’m thankful for, and after being adjusted ( twice, so far) I already feel a difference in my body! I’ve noticed less aches and pains, especially in my neck and head. Which really just improves my days overall. I’m excited to continue this aging journey with my new found saving grace! You can’t do better until you know better, and once you know better- well, you keep going to the chiropractor 🤌🏼✨
This practice has been a blessing for me. Dr P seems to know exactly what I need, and I see improvement every time. There is no comparison to when I started, and I was having trouble just functioning. Theresa, his office manager who handles that and so much more, is an absolute delight.
