LaSource Spa - Massage and Facial

I had a gift certificate to use at La Source and scheduled my session with Cynthia, based on other reviews I had read. She was the BEST!!! It was the most relaxing but also therapeutic massage I have ever had. She was so attentive to the oils I like, and she targeted my problem areas with such precision! I had a bit of swelling in my knee that was gone after her massage. I plan to start making this part of my self care routine. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there with her!! She was nothing short of amazing!! She lifted my spirits so much! I can't wait to go back another time. My body felt GREAT after a session with her!!

As I am getting older (and stiffer) I require massage that is not as aggressive in nature, that is to say, I can no look longer tolerate deep tissue work. I had been experiencing back, shoulder and neck pain daily for months and one morning I woke up feeling overly "blue" in mood and fed up with being so physically uncomfortable. I called LaSource Spa, requested an appointment for Swedish massage which I knew would calm my nervous system and hopefully ease some of my pain. I was scheduled that very day (yay!) with CYNTHIA. Shanise was fantastic- she was in tune with the body and checked in with pressure. She worked through some knots while still making me feel so relaxed. What a great find in Kilmarnock, Virginia. I can't wait to return.
