“I am away from my home network and have been totally dependent on my laptop for work and it suddenly quit charging about 2 weeks ago. I assumed it was the power cord and ordered a new one online - which took a week to arrive but still had no success. After getting the new cord and having no luck, I called Morgan on a weekend in desperation and he answered! Not only that, he offered to come and get the computer. I elected to give him the weekend off. I took the laptop to him on Monday and it was repaired by Tuesday and is working perfectly. I was amazed because its a Microsoft Surface and notoriously "finicky". He was quick to respond, personable, and very knowledgeable not to mention extremely timely. Thank you so much Morgan!!“
