Heads Up Hair Works is a salon in Kilmarnock with a laid back, Northern Neck vibe. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. They are genuine, accommodating, and go above and beyond to work with clients. The stylists are awesome, the best around, and do a phenomenal job. They take time for consultations, address all concerns, and are encouraging of clients' own hair decisions. Whether as a walk-in or a scheduled appointment, the team is helpful and will direct clients to the right stylist for the job. Services include hairstyling, cuts, color like balayage, blow outs, shampoos, treatments, and eyebrow waxing. The salon has reasonable and good pricing. It is a nice place where clients have had a wonderful experience and many plan to return, having found their new salon.
As a stylist myself, I was looking for someone whom could handle this very fine hair of mine. I have found the perfect place. Georgie did my hair exactly the way I like it. The entire staff in this salon was wonderful. I will definitely be going back to Georgie from now own. Wonderful experience!
Honestly, my hair was looking really bad when I first stepped into Heads Up. As a walk-in client, they helped me out immediately. Without even having to ask, front reception directed me to the right stylist for the job. Cindy completely turned my look around with a great cut and color. I am so thankful for the Heads Up team's help and for the fact that this salon is here in Kilmarnock. It has a laid back, Northern Neck vibe, good pricing, and the best stylists around.

They were very friendly and welcoming.Some tips- go in the back door by the parking lot, that's the door you use.- if you get a treatment in your hair, it costs extra, but your hair needs it!- bring cash for tips not all the ladies have digital things.I will be back !!!Services: Hairstyling
