Jinny and Randy are very professional and customer service oriented. They are happy and outgoing and very knowledgeable. I have been going to Jinny's for too many years to remember. I was there in the beginning before the Buddhist Monks came to Bless the business, I have watched their sons grow up from toddlers to grown men. My grandson served as his first customer when he retired from the Military and was trained by Jinny and got his license, Randy started cutting hair, and I switched over from Jinny to Randy because he needed people to get started on and Jinny was very busy, I was there when Randy had his bad stroke and I had to switch back to Jinny and now Randy is slowly making his way back by removing rollers and men's haircuts. In all those years I have never seen a customer come back to complain about their last appointment. All the customers become regulars once they go there one time. That is not just because Jinny charges way too little but because they give excellent service, very friendly to all customers no matter how badly the customers behave or don't. They quickly make you feel like you are family. They never gossip about anyone or anything which is not true of so many beauty shops. They keep an immaculately clean shop. They are very conveniently located in the Crossings Shopping Center two doors away from My Spa and Nails where I get my nails and toes done, an excellent nail salon and diagonally across from Big Lots which is next to Destination Church and Theater and continuing on that side of the parking lot is Leone's Italian Restaurant, The ABC store, a Chinese restaurant, Kacha Thai Restaurant which is very good, serves 7 different duck dishes which is hard to find anywhere, very reasonably priced and very friendly, Dollar Tree, a couple women's clothing stores, another nail saloon, Napa automotive supplies store, Rite Aid drug store, the on the front of the shopping center is McDonalds, Shoney's, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Then on the backside of the strip where Jinny's is located is Dragon Express fast-food Chinese restaurant, Southside Physicians Network, Hokkaido Japanese Steakhouse who has a great sushi buffet at noon and night with unbelievably low prices, a great dry cleaners, Prince George Cleaners, and too many more small business scattered around the Crossings. You can easily spend a day and night in the Crossings and across Rt. 36 at Food Lion, Kanpai which is one of the best Japanese Steakhouse's anywhere, Waffle house which is open 24/7, Wendy's, Ruby Tuesday, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns Pizza, Denny's which is open 24/7 hrs, Burger King, Dunken Doughnuts, Dairy Queen, Family Dollar, Subway, Chanellos Pizza and many smaller businesses, Laundromat, service stations and more. Strosnider Chevrolet and VA cars of Tricites are easy walking distance so you can drop off your car and have it worked on while you enjoy a day of getting your hair and nails and spa treatment before spending the day going to the movies and shopping, all in one very convenient spot right next to Fort Lee, Jefferson Park Road, Crossings Boulevard and Route 36, near I-295. I Hope this directs you to one of the best-kept secrets in Hopewell/Prince George!

My experience was simply delightful. The Beauty Salon is run by a lovely couple who are married.They make sure that you feel very welcome, and explain everything to you before they begin.I found their work, as well as the atmosphere to be very welcoming, further I will be giving their shop my highest recommendation.
