We called BTR Heating and Air when our AC went out. Tyler came right over and assessed our heat pump and found the issue quickly. He called and let us know what the problem was and ordered the part. As soon as the part came in he came right back out and repaired our heat pump. The entire process was so easy. I highly recommend BTR!! We will always be a customer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a problem with our A/C and he came out on the same day we called which was very much appreciated as the temperatures were high. Work was done to get us thru a few weeks until he can put in a new A/C. We would highly recommend them. They would get our business again.
