We called BTR Heating and Air when our AC went out. Tyler came right over and assessed our heat pump and found the issue quickly. He called and let us know what the problem was and ordered the part. Brogan is an amazing attorney. When I told him my sons case, he was caught speeding at a pretty excessive speed, but the conviction would ruin his life as in VA it's criminal. Brogan worked miracles and got my son to pay a fine, community service, and a driving course. I drove north, about an hour and a half. Got stuck in traffic on the way to my appointment. We called ahead to inform my hairdresser of our late arrival. We showed up about 10 minutes late. Tiffany was available and ready when I arrived. I had only planned on a cut, but we also did color, which I let her pick (copper). She made the trip worth it! Knowledgeable, friendly, and just a down right incredible person! I absolutely love my cut and new color! I will definitely be making that trip many times over again! I hired Armentrout to survey a mountain lot I recently purchased. They found boundary stakes that were buried under 50 years of decaying plant matter. The crew found and marked all boundaries. Cleared about a 5 ft wide path around the perimeter along property lines. Well worth the money.
