Sterner's Tae Kwon Do is a wonderful school. Great instructors. Kids love the summer program and after school also. Master Adam is wonderful with the kids and adults. I recommend him to all my friends and children's families.
This is the best TKD academy in NOVA! Six years ago my son wasn’t sure about taking TKD classes. Master Adam is so patient and encouraging and such a wonderful role model and mentor that my son is now just a few months from his black belt and enjoys working at the Academy teaching younger kids. I am so thankful for my son’s experience of learning from and working for Master Adam.
We love Sterner’s TKD our son (4 year old) was out of karate for a few months due our move. We joined Sterner's and couldn’t be happier. Master Adam and his staff are hands down the BEST.
