The Royal Floors team are professional, customer focused and skilled in their craft. From the first phone call to the last coat of finish the process was effortless. They also pulled off what I thought impossible. They restored a nearly 40 year old floor to new.

Amin Jenati at Royal Floors was a pleasure to work with. I'd done some extensive research (and my father is in textiles, so I had his input as well), and Amin's answer to every question was on target. He was honest, helpful, and extraordinarily kind. Selection was good, his visit to do the measuring was a pleasure, and he worked to give me a price that beat other estimates for the same carpet. His installers were friendly, careful when moving furniture, and worked hard. They took the time to hammer in any nail pops and screwed down the plywood in numerous places where we had squeeks. We had hardwood floor refinished throughout the main level, new carpet installed upstairs, and vinyl plank flooring installed on the lower level (replacing carpet). We received good information ahead of time about how to prepare for each process, and each installation team was professional and used care. Amin at the store was so helpful throughout. The carpet installation was the best we have ever had.
