Long term patient of this practice and really enjoy the care I receive from Dr. Grant. Came in on a weekend to get new frames and lenses and frankly, I have to agree with other reviews. Customer service is not great. Used to be that the person asked by the front desk to help with glasses selection would...you know...actually help. Ask what you're looking for, etc. Instead the person asked for my phone number to get my name. Didn't acknowledge she'd actually found it. I stood there a bit, finally said...did you find me? "Yeah". I’ve followed Tiffany for years since she was in Winchester. She has to be one of the most knowledgeable opticians I’ve ever come across and have always made my glasses to a T of the prescription provided and has always updated me with newer technologies for the lens make up or sold me frames based off the feedback I’ve given her over the years. She has become like family to us over the years and my whole family travels anywhere she goes. This office is far out of our way from home, but we will always travel wherever Tiffany goes. She is a GEM to MYEYEDR and she is a doll baby. If you go here, ask for Tiffany.

I had the most wonderful experience from the second I walked in to the moment I left. The new manager, Tiffany, was beyond helfpul explaining my insurance when I asked and Maddie was a joy to work with. She took the time to help me choose the best glasses for my face and I had the best time working with her. If you get the chance to go here please work with Maddie as you won't regret it
