“Fantastic school, quality instructors and the owner Gail is friendly and easy to work with. If you're interested in cello lessons Michelle Choi is the BEST!!“
“My kid has been learning piano for over a year and has been able to play many songs. PianoExpress is a great place to learn piano. Below are the top things I like.
The format. The first half hour is self-practice at the studio with help from friendly and skilled teaching assistants; The second half hour is a group music theory class taught by professional pianists. The combination works really well for my son as a beginner.
The web based app. The app is very easy to use. With a screen connected to a piano, it provides instant feedback. My kid loves practicing at home at his own pace.
Schedule. The schedule is flexible. Occasionally we would miss some classes. The front desk is always happy to schedule make-up sessions for us.
Recital. Mr. Greg offers and emphasizes recital opportunities so students can improve confidence of playing in front of audience.
Last and the most important, the people. Mr Greg and Mr.Jared are very friendly, supportive, and skilled professional pianists. All other instructors and front desk assistants are very professional and friendly.“
“An amazing place where your kid can learn music along with many skills…. leadership, community service, stage presence, value of time and the list goes on. If the kid is passionate in music and has talent to grow beyond learning an instrument or sing then definitely this is The Place. The annual show of their non profit organization or “The Stage” is an ocean of opportunities for each and every student and the practice time during summer are the most time awaited time for students.“
“Daniel is a great music teacher! He is friendly and welcoming. He cultivates each student's lesson and assignments based on the student's goals and interest. I highly recommend him!“
“The entire Music Together Sing and Groove team is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating! We feel like part of the family already, as we join Ms. Linda in her virtual classroom each week! While nothing compares to face to face socialization, Ms. Linda makes sure we (parents) have time each week to learn from her, connect with each other, and even makes time for questions and fun connections for all at the end of each session. THANK YOU MTO Sing and Groove!“
“Nancy was my first bassoon teacher, and fostered my creativity and love for music in a way no other teacher has. Thanks to her, I felt I could pursue my dream of performing, leading me to play with orchestras like the National Symphony and Chicago Symphony“
