Life Wellness Center has changed my life. I’ve been knowing Joe and Michelle for a very long time, and over the years I experienced many physical issues that challenged stability in my back, hands, and neck. I’m a working performance artist, and at times it can be physically demanding. Strongly recommend Michelle Esposito and the the Life Wellness Centre for methods to combat/reverse osteoporosis. She is nothing short of brilliant in the way she tailors a yoga practice to meet an individual's specific needs. Michelle has been a life-saver for me.
