For 2 years this company over charged and under produced. Business taxes are due in March; they finished ours at the end of October. —Both Times!! And this year it cost us over 7k in late penalties —which we found out about when they sent us the tax files.They could NOT provide an estimated cost the first year “because” they didn’t know the scope of work —even though we provided that last 2 years taxes.ThE SECOND year their fees increased ?%! ? And they tried to re-bill us for the first years servic and ADDED 1,000 to the ‘invoiced amount!! ‘ ? Lucky I had the original. But when questioned no answers.They charged us an hourly rate —over $30 to set up...read full review
