Kate is an amazing therapist, instructor, and colleague. She is intuitive and passionate in her line of bodywork and energy work! 10/10 recommend her and her services, education, etc.
I took Holy Fire Reiki I and II with Kate in spring 2024. It's really in-depth, and i still have to implement and practice, but what we learned in class was such a fantastic basis for starting on my reiki journey. Kate's teaching style is very nurturing and thorough, and she makes the concepts relevant and easy to digest and understand. Learning the history of reiki, invocation, and how to do self reiki was the main portion of Level 1, and Level 2 was about performing reiki on others and distance reiki. We learned hand placements, energy flow, sacred symbols, and how to open/close sessions and customize them to the client's goals using our own unique skills.... read full review
I took Kate’s Raise the Bar on your Reiki class and it was well worth it! So much great information in the 3-4 hours of the classes. I feel much more confident in my abilities as a Reiki Practitioner. I can’t wait to take more classes from Kate. Her knowledge and expertise in Reiki is top notch.
