Fairfax Cooling and Heating has been maintaining our 4 residential HVAC systems in McLean for 20+ years. Each system is different, each has their quirks, and Miki and his crew have been able to keep them running at full capacity. All units are 20+ yrs old. They perform both the spring & fall check ups, add juice when needed, and have diagnosed and resolved a multitude of performance issues- as they arise.
