UNRELIABLE! I called this Father and Son team Thursday July 23rd because water was leaking from the HVAC unit on a rental property. Since they had serviced it last, I agreed to wait until the following Monday for an appointment. The owner/sole technician Mike did not show, I texted him and he stated he forgot but would be there the next morining. He again did not show and did not call and now has not returned my calls/texts all week. I called their "office" which is his son Steve's cell phone and he refused to take my calls as well. Wow, we would give a hundred stars if we could. Hiring a contractor was very stressful for my wife and me. We had some not so good experience with contractors in the past and we were quite skeptical when our friends recommended this company. What can I say, after the job was done, we were so happy with the every single aspect of it. They were extremely professional and efficient. The job was actually finished ahead of the schedule. They left our yard cleaned up, but most importantly, our roof looks great. Thank you, guys!
