I had taken my kids here for a few years, but the scheduling process became too frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled months in advance only to have it cancelled. They couldn't reschedule for another 3 months, so we found another eye doctor. Even getting someone on the phone to try to reschedule or cancel is frustrating. While we had positive experiences with the providers, it wasn't worth it to deal with the scheduling frustrations.
