I called and asked if they had time for pedicure (it was around 4:30ish on a Tuesday) I figured it was slow and I could get in and out. When I arrived I told them I called in and I was seated right away. There was a low volume of clientele and a few workers with nothing to do. For me the customer service was again so/so...I'm a new resident of RVA. Coming from the DMV area nail shop there are top tier so I'm use to that warm customer service, top tier nail products & more.
