I had to lower my review from 4 to 3 stars. Now that the business has moved and your beautician options are limited that takes away from it . I have been coming to miracle browz for 4 years To be honest I used to request for Swatsi in the past. However I have come to realize how inconsistent she can be. Sometimes my eyebrows look amazing and half of the time mediocre. Several times I have had to go home to tweak her work with my tweezers. Now when it cost $12 that was tolerable but now she is charging $15-20 (20 if u donnt come monthly) and it is unacceptable. Also y charge more if u don't come monthly? Y would I come monthly to u when ur work had been inconsistent. Overall she is very nice and when she is good it looks GOOD. But I need that ALL the time. Especially now that it's expensive. So will be looking elsewhere.

Best brow place in Richmond! I'm so grateful to have found this gem. They use high quality thread which makes it less painful. They also do an amazing job at making your eyebrows look great. I never make an appointment before I go because there is usually no wait (I go earlier in the afternoon). And if there is a wait, it's only a couple of minutes before I'm seated. They are quick here! They are also kind and professional. I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here. Ignoring the initial pain of hair removal, my skin doesn't stay red too long after. They put soothing lotion on after they're done too. Everything lasts for 3-4 weeks for me. 10/10 Recommend!!! I seriously can't rave enough about this place. Look no further and go to Miracle Brows today!

I've been coming here for probably 6 years now! This is the one and only place where I get my brows threaded. Swatsy is amazing and the sweetest. I highly highly recommend making your appointment online as they can get extremely busy. My brows aren't really thick and more-so lose shape when they grow out vs getting bushy so I usually come every 4 weeks or schedule around events/holidays. I love that Swatsy let's me check out my brows before leaving. And she's great at pointing out where she's threading if a few hairs are out of place...or if she wants to let certain areas grow out a little more. She's an expert truly! And I always buy the buy 3 get 1 free card, so it's basically like I pay for my services in advance and use them whenever. 10/10
