“Metzger Floors did an outstanding job replacing an old tile floor in the hall (entering from the garage), powder room, and laundry room with a grouted luxury-vinyl floor. Everyone who worked with me and on my project were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and very helpful. When the workers took out the old floor, they found that the ceramic tile had been placed directly on top of an old vinyl floor and that the underlying floor board was failing. They removed all the damage, treated it, and then installed plywood to create a strong and level base on which to install the new LV floor. I am impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The new floor is beautiful. I have attached before, during, and after photos.“
