Dr. Chiapetta is the very best! Susan, his nurse is amazing! She will answer calls especially if you have an eye emergency. His staff that walks you back to take your information before the Dr comes in is also so nice! I have been out of the area but can not wait to see Dr. Chiapetta again. He is gentle and very calming, I am a hypa person so he calms me down quickly. The front desk staff has to step up their game, but we all can improve. See you soon at Va Eye Institute at Short Pump.

Please don't waste your time or money. This office is so unprofessional and the staff are VERY rude. The optical center is beyond unprofessional. The staff was very mean and rude to my children and treated us as if we didn't matter nor did they want or care for our business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

Terrible experience. Dr. Langelier and the office staff are awful and do not respect patient's time. I made an appointment with Dr. Langelier for a consultation. They were still following Covid protocols and they refused to allow my 10 year old daughter come into the office with me. It was an early morning appointment. So, I agreed to let her sit in the car. It was a consult so I assumed it would be quick. It was not. Dr. Langelier walks into the exam room 40-50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. She was dismissive and flippant when I expressed my concerns with her timelines and the fact that I had to leave my 10 year old daughter in the car. I do not recommend this practice or Dr. Langelier. This office is incredibly rude and Dr. Langelier does not respect her patient's time. They need to do better. After reading other reviews I now know that I am not alone. Do better VEI.
