Steve and Kathy were amazing! Kathy gave great customer service from the moment she called to schedule diagnosis to the time of arrival. They kept me updated of the status and Steve was so fast! Within an hour he was able to take out my old sump pump and replace the new one with no issues. He made sure he left the manual and show me how it works before leaving. I don't hope for issues but if I do have them, I look forward to working with them in the future.
