“I received stellar service from Amanda and Nathan at Parrish Services from start to finish. I called them for a second opinion after another company told me my HVAC system was dead and irreparable, offering no explanation, and my only option was to buy an entirely new system - with options of $10K or $12K ("and there is only one available, so you better act now"). Nathan arrived early the next morning and took his time doing diagnostics, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the problems were and what he was doing to remedy them. He got my system back up and running in and stuck around until he knew it was steady. I was fully prepared to buy a new system anyway within the next few months and asked Nathan for estimates, but he told me that likely would not be necessary for another several years. This type of honesty and integrity is hard to come by these days. “I have to share a recent interaction my family had with Air-Right Design. My mom, who recently passed, had worked with Air-Right for many, many years for her plumbing needs and was always very happy with their service and technicians. All I have to say, they went above and beyond for her knowing she was a single elderly person. They were very kind. I was in town with other family this past week/weekend and we ran into some well/plumbing issues at her house. I called and they were super quick to come out, we thought we had the issues identified, but it ended up being something else, they came right back out an hour after they'd just left, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within 90 minutes. I cannot recommend Air- Right enough! They are top notch to work with, very quick to respond and very reliable. You cannot go wrong with Air-Right!!“

“I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The first time was August 2023 because my AC had stopped. The technician arrived at the appointed time and fixed the AC quickly. He showed me the 'old' part and explained why it needed to be replaced. This is when I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. In fact, when my furnace was checked in September, Bill recognized that my furnace was starting to leak carbon monoxide. I knew it was 20 years old!! So I wasn't surprised. Turner's replaced the unit, and Bill made sure to order one that used the same filters that the original one used! I was grateful for that because I had new unused filters. Bill has been back to check my AC unit, in the Spring, and recently my furnace! He is always professional when he is here! I would recommend to everyone to use Turner's Service for their needs.“

“I live on well water, and our water softener/conditioner breathed it's last breath after 42 years of use. It was a great unit, but the company that manufactured it doesn't exist and hasn't existed for a decade. So I asked two different friends who live 30 minutes apart and work in different industries for their recommendations for a good, honest plumber - and they both gave me the same name! David Labell at Screaming Eagle Plumbing! When I called, his schedule was very flexible, and for a very reasonable price (I got general phone-quotes from several others who specialize in water conditioners, and they all got excited and started quoting me for some very expensive units) he installed our new unit and had us up and running very quickly! I did take the time, before contacting him, to ensure that I understood the science behind modern water conditioners, and I knew in advance what we needed and what we really didn't need. Unintentionally, I thoroughly tested the man's integrity and honesty as he walked me through what the system actually does, and after he tested our water and listened to our use-case, his solution was not to sell us something much more expensive than the system we actually needed! His honesty saved us a lot of money! Not going to call anyone else but this guy in the future!“
