Dr. Moss and staff were wonderful! This was the first visit with our two dogs after switching from Stonewall Veterinary (where I was so unhappy with their staff, doctors and overall attention to detail) and I’m so glad I made the move. What a difference in care! I would highly recommend.
My 10-year old Russian Blue Cat has had Kidney Disease for several years. Recently he's started to need fluid infusions 3 times a week. The entire staff at Dominion Valley Animal Hospital (DVAH) has been so kind and attentive, and continues to provide superb treatments, and care. They have been thoroughly involved and have made scheduling the fluid infusions as convenient for me, as a pet parent. They have demonstrated both patience and flexibility with setting up appointments. The entire operation at DVAH is exemplary and I highly recommend their services to all small pet owners.
This office has complete changed for the better!! The all new staff and doctors are excellent- super friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr Moss and Vet Tech, Megan, are phenomenal. I always feel heard and they don’t pressure owners to do extensive treatments that may be a budget-buster or unnecessary for my aging dog. They compassionately explain and understand the journey of end of life decisions that I am now encountering with my dog. So, yes, I highly recommend Dominion Valley Animal Hospital. Everyone working there is top notch, striving for outstanding customer relations and veterinary services.
