I have nothing but great things to say about Century Stair Company. It started when the house I am building was just framed. They came, measured, and then delivered a beautiful staircase. Later on in the finishing stage, I requested a modern looking railing. Again, they measured and then sent a crew to install. The end result was just beautiful. The staircase has not been stained, and the protective covers are still on the steps, but this will give you an idea. I will post new images when the staining is done.
The bottom line, I find them to be professional, qualified, and with quality products and services.
Mine was a different situation in that I was removing existing double run (one run to a mid landing then a second to the next floor) box stairs with full walls between. A remodel not new construction. Biggest difference working between all existing dimensions. Could not have done without expert help from Century Stair and specifically Brett Olinger who patiently walked me through not only design and engineering but installation. Thanks Brett
