Ms Kelli's is a Cosmetology School ( 12 months we could be licensed in 1 year) which includes Hair, Nails, and Skin . The Nail Program hours are 150 in 2 months you could be licensed. Open enrollment and career placement. $250 registration fee to start classes. Flexible payment plans are available to you. Students perform services on clients for a reduced rate. We are located in cozy Hayes Va.
