We received the best attention today when I took my son to get treatment for a cut. Everyone made him feel comfortable and from the moment we walked in the attention was excellent. I am so grateful.
My only complaint is that your website is not clear on whether you need an appointment or not and when I called to ask I got a recording and didn't know when the message I left would be answered. The girls at the front desk could have made more eye contact and made it aware of whether they were open to register new patients. She just seemed to be staring at her computer and it was not obvious if she was busy or just lazy. Unfortunately that's a assumption in today's world
I come there about once a month for a hair follicle. Sometimes in the afternoon it can take awhile to get back there and get it done but if you go earlier then usually your in and out. Today I had two woman who worked quickly and I was done in no time. It was awesome cause I work in the afternoons and doing this once a month can be pretty stressful cause its not planned just sprung on me and I have to work it around my job.
