I called gave them my insurance information they said they took my insurance (they were on my insurance’s website as in network) I get there wait for 15 minutes for the hateful lady to come ask for my insurance. I said I gave it to you she replies do you have any other insurance. I tell her no that’s the only insurance I have to which she responds well that won’t pay for your exam just adjustments. I can’t be the only person this has happened to. I left 30 minutes wasted by the time she finally stopped talking. I’m confused as to how this office is the recommended office from my insurance in my area but they say the insurance won’t pay

This is my first time experience with Riggleman Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. Steven and his staff is very cooperative. As far as i know, he is one of the experienced chiropractor in Harrisonburg VA. Highly Recommended!
