Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it that day, HOWEVER, he just came back today with the parts needed. He fixed our unit, was neat and clean, he was friendly, and completed the job very quickly. Diego called to let us know when he’d be arriving. He also inspected everything to make sure there were no other issues. Diego was FANTASTIC. For 18 years Mountain Valley Home Comfort has serviced my HVAC system. The few times I had problems they came quickly. To keep reliability in HVAC please service it regularly. My previous unit was over 30 years before needing replacement due to age and inefficiency. Mountain Valley Home Comfort was installer and maintained that over 30 year old unit. So in 2019 they installed more efficient system in a day. ???If was an Olympic game, Mountain Valley Home Comfort would get gold ?.

I could not have asked for any better service than we received with our new install. Tim did an awesome job explaining the product when we did the purchase. On the day of the install, Kyle and Juan were absolutely knowledgeable, professional, patient and polite. These men worked to get my thermostat up and running and did not give up until things were done. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company and these 3 gentlemen.
