This is not our normal vets office but our teacup chihuahua had a nasty looking spot near his anus and our vet couldn’t get him in told us to call this office. We did and the lady we spoke with had us send a picture to make sure it wasn’t a prolapse. She then showed the surgeon the picture who explained that it was just a ruptured cyst and explained how we could take care of it until our vet was able to see our dog the next day!!! They were so kind and sweet I can’t thank them enough for easing our minds and showing so much care for a dog that want even their patient!!!!
Heartland is a wonderful place to take your fur babies. Dr. Arneson and Dr. Hunt are two of the most caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets we have seen. They both provide excellent quality care for your pets and take the time to answer your questions. The vet techs/assistants are also well trained and take really good care of your pet, creating a lower stress environment for your pets needs. Meanwhile, the front office staff are unmatched. Cassey goes the extra mile to schedule around the needs of you pet and the staff really take the time to listen and understand. I wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else! I’ve only had great experiences with everyone there over the past 5 years. The vets are super caring, and always do their best to work us into the schedule quickly!
