The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We didn't know what we needed, all we knew is that we wanted to create an area that was suitable for pollinators utilizing native plants. Rachel walked us through our options and made various recommendations and after a pretty short period of time came up with a plan for the front of our house. The pricing seemed very fair
