Our 10-year old hot-water heater stopped working. They gave me a competitive quote for an hot-water tank that was furnished by them and the installation. They installed it the same day that it stopped working which was much appreciated. They were honest about their after-hours labor rate which wasn't much more than their regular hours rates unlike most other companies. They were professional and arrived on time.
