I am a student at JMU who visited this dental office for a consultation about my wisdom teeth. Unfortunately, the consultation left me confused and disappointed. The dentist recommended removal without explaining the reasons, which was concerning. Still, as a student and future medical professional, I trusted their judgment in preventing potential issues.I coordinated with the dental assistant to schedule an appointment, let’s say, for 1 o’clock. The day before the surgery, I called to clarify prep instructions. The receptionist’s responses were vague, and suddenly, she informed me that they had shifted my appointment nearly 2 hours earlier without any explanation.... read full review

The anesthesiologist was great. Made my son very comfortable. Their billing procedures are questionable at best. After initial consult, they sent a pre-approval to insurance which came back as $1000 my responsibility, which they wanted up front before they would make an appointment. After the procedure, when they submitted the actual claim, my responsibility was less than $500. They said they will "eventually" issue me a refund for the difference. I will not be taking my other kid here.
