“By Design Interiors (Jessica Byrd) is excellent. They resuced us from a poor quality Kitchen and Bathroom remodel where we had to fire the previous contractor due to large tile 24"x12"being laid without a leveling system which resulted in significant lippage. In addition among other poor quality work, a new kittchen exhaust fan was not installed correctly.<br><br>We switched to By Design Interiors who turned our lemons into lemonade. Jessica has a wonderful group of people working to make everything turn out right. Her father, Ray is a one-man pickup and delivery person. The main contractor was Lance Hays who kept everything going like clockwork. He was helped by his daughter Maddy and his son. All subcontractors were phenomenal and deserve a shout out: Tile work (with a great leveling system!) without lippage by Craig and Jared, Granite/Quartz by Stone Dynamics Martinsville, Plumbing by Henry Rider, Electrical work by Ronald Young, Painting by A. Silva, Carpentry by Rolf Nelson, Vinyl flooring by Ivan, shower door by showerdoorsonline (Jeff Andrews and Sean Bannard).<br><br>Do not make the original mistake we did and choose the lowest bidder. Rather choose the best value and quality with By Design Interiors. You will NOT be disappointed.“
